Yes, we offer 3 months warranty for any parts that we install. If we install any ductwork or air condition systems, we offer a 3-month labor warranty and all the brands come with a manufacture warranty for new installation for 8 to 10 years is depends on what brand you choose. But you can buy an extra labor warranty from Long Island Heating and Cooling, but it will be extra charge only for new installation. This warranty is only for residential not for commercial.

Yes, it is the best thing to do for your system. You call us and we can check your boiler operation and clean your burner, check your head exchanger, check all the wiring connection, check for any water leak around boiler area and check operation on circulator pumps.
Yes, you do every year before winter. We are changing your oil filter. We change your oil pump screening, and we clean your burner assembly and change your nozzle. This is important if you have an oil boiler or oil water heater.

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, and it represents an amount of heat that must be added to your indoor environment. Heating or cooling an area of 400 square feet area or room equal to 12,000 BTU.

It is a measurement of air conditioner’s ability to remove heat from space or home. This is called its cooling capacity. How much heat they can remove from a space or home in one hour. 1 tun air conditioning System is 400 square feet.

If you add refrigerant every year, that means you have a leak in your system. It is a regulatory requirement to do a leak search and repair. We are looking for the leak in your system with nitrogen and leak detector. We put high-pressure nitrogen, check all connections, evaporated coil, and condenser coil check for leaks. In some cases, we find the leak and we fix it. If we cannot find the leak, then we put leak sealer in the system and hope for the best.
